If you have been working from home since March 2020, you are far from alone. You are also probably in need of some intense stretching. According to NBC News, nearly 42% of Americans are working from home since the pandemic struck. Unsurprisingly, that has resulted in more Americans sitting at home on the couch and becoming less active during the day. It can be fixed by strengthening the muscles of the back and stretching the muscles of the chest. Follow along with our therapists below for some help from home!
